I LOVE the Flinders, spent many happy times exploring the gorges and parks when I was many years younger. It tugs at my heart strings. Unfortunately it was nearing dark when we passed trough this area on the way home. I would have liked more photographs along the way.Olivehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14389835614289815501noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8702704932238079485.post-81156331680525833062011-07-22T10:49:32.015+09:302011-07-22T10:49:32.015+09:30Hi there, I live in Port Augusta, and get tired of...Hi there, I live in Port Augusta, and get tired of the landscape sometimes, but there is not much we can do about it lol. It is very dry here most of the year. Dont get me wrong, I love the outback!

The picture you took (with the lake) at Port Augusta is taken in the direction we live. We are in the group of houses seen in the background. I look out my window and see the wonderful Flinder's Ranges every day :)Taniahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10176661940614462611noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8702704932238079485.post-4570878174905061942011-07-12T12:51:43.728+09:302011-07-12T12:51:43.728+09:30I love this part of SA - there is so much life hid...I love this part of SA - there is so much life hiding in a barren landscape.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
