Yesterday we had a visit from some of my much loved family. Front row: Lauren, (my granddaughter) myself and my dear daughter Julie-Anne.
Back row Mandy, Arthur, (Popeye's son and his partner) and David (my grandson)

It's so comforting for me to have them visit, Julie-Anne now lives in Alice Springs (2000 km away) so we don't get to see her often enough.

Your daughter looks like you. You have a lot of nice photos on your blog, you could use them for a header photo, you would probably need to crop them in Picasa first. I'm fairly sure that your blog template allows photos in the header. If you want to email me sometime (weekend would be best) I could give you a few pointers on how to do it.

I have to agree with you there Pip, she does look like me in this picture (poor girl) What a difference 20 years makes! She was born on the day after my 20th. birthday.
Thanks for the offer to help with the header pic. I have been playing around with it for a long time with no success. It was only when Blogger offered a new design that I managed to change from the old one. I think you will hear from me shortly :)

Julie-Anne is lucky to take after you - I see you shared your beautiful and very expressive eyes with her.

Good to see Folks happy together on waht appears to be a chiily winter's day. I hope they can all visit again soon.
