I'm jealous of all your yummy tomatoes as I've had stuff all from my few plants.

Joy, what a magnificent machine! And you make scrummy sausages with it too. Mmmmm - Joy and Popeye's homemade sausages fried or grilled, then served with that beautiful tomato puree ...... simple, beautiful food.

Zebbycat would love to help with tesing the sausages for flavour!

Care and huggles, Michelle xxx

Send Zebby over Michelle, (can he swim?) he can do the taste test for me.
Popeye doesn't understand why I cant taste the raw meat to see if it needs any extra salt etc. UUUGHHhh!

Hello Olive
Catching up with some blog reading and saying thanks for your recent comments. My post was off the cuff but had thoughts behind it and it seems theres a lot of room hiding going on in the world lol It can be hard when family don't visit either because of distance or emotion, we'll be over in Adelaide over the Anzac weekend - if we have time maybe we could arrange to meet then
Love your machine and the things it can do, would this be a yearly event or do you give it a miss some years? The sausages sound scrumptious as well
Take care

Have you tried frying a little bit of the sausage mix, or zapping a little bit in the microwave, to test for seasonings? Much nicer than munching on the raw stuff - Zebbycat agrees!
