Did you ever wish you was a cow ?

WISH NOT. Here is a picture of the anti-biotic injection our sick moo cow had to have. This is the last of four, the same. Today she had the last injections into her teats (hopefully the last) She has lost all interest in her little one who is now being fed on replacement milk from a bottle. The problem was severe Mastitis. At least she is beginning to eat now, very slowly.

Hi Olive. I feel real sympathy for the cow....I still remember breast feeding 30 years ago...hope she gets over it soon. Linda

The poor bugger. Glad to hear she is on the mend.

And no, I never wished I was a cow! :)

Owww, that would hurt, reminds me of the Mister's epipen, which is as long and nearly as thick as a
4" nail.

Hi veg, I think to be a cow would be extremely boring to say the least. After all, they only eat grass and drink water. Ugghh!

Thanks Veg, Linda and Pip, the cow is recovering. Popeye is on his way to rub some cream into her udder as it is now very dry and shedding the outer layer of skin. Imagine what a temperature she must have had.

Ouch to both the injection and the mastitis. Yes, despite me never having been pregnant, I have had mastitis (a hormone treatment got things out of balance once).

Relieved things are improving for your Moo's sake
